Michele has been in the financial services industry since 1995 and has worked with the group since 1999. Prior to joining Baird in 2001, she was a trust operations officer for a regional investment firm. Michele adheres to the Baird doctrine that integrity is irreplaceable and plays a large part in helping achieve client satisfaction. Client’s come first and that quality of service is her measure of success.
Michele is fully committed to cultivating and building long term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional client service. Her numerous years in the industry are evident in her professionalism and personal style to provide a high level of customized guidance for every client.
Michele provides advanced administrative, operational and professional support to clients and her group. She coordinates the group’s overall day-to-day operations and is responsible for implementing business management systems to enhance client service quality. She is extremely efficient and organized with acute attention to detail. She has extensive knowledge in many areas including 10b5-1 administration and restricted stock transactions. In addition, Michele also handles the administrative supervisory duties for Baird’s Atlanta North Point branch.
Michele has received the prestigious Toast of Baird award for being a “Client Relationship Assistant All Star” and being recognized as one of four recipients for her commitment through exceptional client service and exemplary performance. She has received numerous other awards for her contributions to the firm and branch. Michele was a founding member of a leadership committee that offers insight and feedback for firm wide initiatives.
Michele received her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Iowa Lakes Community College. Michele currently holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and 66 licenses.
Michele lives in Cumming, Georgia with her husband Carl. She enjoys cycling (mountain biking and road biking), hiking and spending time with her two German Shepherd dogs.
